Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Stronki (the “Service”), operated by Sandnes Productions (organization number 930 939 439), Norway (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use Stronki. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sandnesproductions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

Stronki uses artificial intelligence (currently via the OpenAI API) to generate personalized fitness and nutrition programs based on the answers you provide. Programs are generated on demand; we do not guarantee identical output between generations or that any specific result will be achieved.

4. Not medical advice

Stronki is not a medical service and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or nutritional advice. Our AI-generated programs are general fitness and meal suggestions for healthy adults. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or take prescription medication. You use any program at your own risk.

5. Payments

Program prices are displayed on each program page in the applicable currency and are inclusive of Norwegian VAT where required. Payments are processed by Stripe. Once payment succeeds, access to the generated program is unlocked on your account.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because Stronki is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian angrerettlovenis waived by your express consent when you click “Generate program”, in line with angrerettloven § 22(n).

The Stronki brand, website, code, and design are owned by Sandnes Productions. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use any program generated for you. You may not resell or publicly redistribute generated programs.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@sandnesproductions.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian mandatory consumer law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be heard by the ordinary Norwegian courts, with Stavanger District Court (Stavanger tingrett) as the agreed venue. Nothing in this clause limits your mandatory rights as a consumer, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the EEA.
