This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund from Stronki (operated by Sandnes Productions, org. no. 930 939 439, Norway).

1. Digital products & the right of withdrawal

Stronki programs are digital content delivered immediately after you complete the questionnaire and pay. Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) § 22(n), the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with your express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.

By clicking “Generate program” after payment, you give that express consent and waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for that program.

We review every request and reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us usually takes longer to resolve and may result in suspension of your account until the dispute closes.
